Chris, with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in B2B and B2C industries, co-leads the board and leads Loyalty Now’s key projects, where he pushes the organisation toward adopting a project-driven structure. He also fosters a collaborative and empowering culture that reaches across silos.
Michelle brings over 15 years of experience in the communications sector, specialising in B2B technology. With expertise in strategic planning, crisis support, and integrated marketing campaigns, she is dedicated to creating impactful programs that yield tangible results.
